Service department of PTM d.o.o. is providing customer service and maintenance of all equipment from our product portfolio. We expanded our service department on the products that are not in our sales program, but are present in the health care centers from previous periods, and are no longer available. Constant care of equipment, as well as of users, is one of the main segments of our customer service. As the technology is progressing, the maintenance of the equipment can be done long distance, online. All we need is the Internet connection and trained technician at the hospital in order to do the necessary check-ups of most of the equipment.

Customer service
Besides customer service for the equipment from our range, we are offering preventive maintenance, servicing and upgrading of the existing equipment. Our spare parts and components are in accordance with all applicable quality standards.
Highly educated service staff and continuous additional trainings at our suppliers ensure excellent quality of work in every situation.
